The team behind Satis Bistro is opening a new restaurant in Jersey City’s Paulus Hook neighborhood. The new eatery, 87 Sussex, will be located adjacent to Satis in the former John’s Pizzeria space.
The restaurant promises a gourmet culinary experience focusing on high-end cuisine. Although there’s no restaurant website yet, the 87 Sussex Instagram account has posted a few sneak peeks of pasta, seafood, and steak dishes. Their IG account also suggests they’ll have a liquor license with wine and cocktails.
87 Sussex is slated to open in February. We’ll update our post as more details are released.
