**A 28-story tower is coming to the Powerhouse Arts District. Developed by Toll Brothers, 10 Provost Street will bring 242 condo units to Provost Square, adjacent to The Morgan. The new building will feature studios through three bedrooms with prices ranging from $400,000 up to $1.3 million. Construction is expected to finish in the fall of 2018.
**Ani Ramen Jersey City is now serving lunch on weekends from 11:30am to 3pm. The Montclair-based restaurant will expand its lunch service to weekdays starting the first week of September.
