The SoHo West neighborhood continues to grow with the launch of SoHo Lofts — a collection of 377 loft-style luxury rentals.
SoHo West features one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of private townhome rentals. The complex consists of a 13-story and 20-story tower, which is connected by a five-story podium that consists of a lobby, amenity center, and enclosed parking garage.
Manhattan Building Company — the developer behind SoHo Lofts — has also been responsible for the Cast Iron Lofts Collection, which in addition to bringing 387 units to SoHo West, also brought 20,000 square feet of retail space, which is now home to 8 Springs Studio, The Art House, Squeez’ed, Villa Boriquen, and even a Kobra-designed Bowie mural.
Located at 273 16th Street, SoHo Lofts features a top-notch amenity package consisting of an Infinity edge pool, private cabanas, surround sound media room, Zen garden, and club room. They also have some unique perks like an arcade lounge and 10-person sauna.
The SoHo Lofts website gives you a look at some of the apartments as well as a chance to schedule a visit. Rents will start “from the $2,000s.”
