**Jersey Digs has the scoop on downtown’s forthcoming Whole Foods store. The 45,825 square foot Whole Foods will be located on the ground floor of a new 5-story building. The 4 stories above it will be used for public parking, whereas the roof will be an amenity space for the co-op residents of the neighboring Metropolis Towers. Part of the project also involves construction of a new pedestrian walkway that will make it easy for downtown residents to reach Whole Foods without walking around the Metropolis Towers. —Jersey Digs
**Have A Night reports that Dullboy has expanded its dinner menu. Although we’re sad to see the tuna tartar go (that was one of my personal favorites), among the new items you’ll find are Tavo’s Sushi Nachos, Deviled Eggs & Oysters, Oxtail French Onion Soup, and the addition of bigger entrees such as Fish & Chips. Hit the link for a look at the full menu. —Have A Night
**Developers have been showing Newport a lot of love as of late. Jersey Digs reports that an 8-story project with 71 condominium units and 15,603 square feet of retail space (pictured above) is coming to 2 Shore Lane. The new condos will take over a vacant lot along River Drive South between Shore Lane and 14th Street. —Jersey Digs
