**The Jersey City waterfront is like no other. Developer Mack-Cali realizes this and is planning on giving the Harborside terminal a $75 million overhaul that will result in a modern, urban food and retail destination for tourists and locals alike. The transformation has already started with the addition of a new food hall, international food market, and various wine, beer, and whiskey fests. Now it plans on adding a beer garden, cocktail bar, and additional retail stores. A new section of the Harborside website gives a sneak peek of what Harborside 2.0 could look like. —Jersey Digs
