99 Hudson — New Jersey’s soon-to-be-tallest tower — has officially launched sales, reports the Wall Street Journal.
Located just steps away from the waterfront, the 79-story tower will feature 781 condos with 1-bedroom units starting at $889,000 and 2-bedroom units from $1.5m.
At those prices, residents can expect the tower to cater to their every desire with amenities like a poker room, steam room, fitness center, and three pools — a lap pool, children’s pool, and “social” pool.
Developed by China Overseas America, 99 Hudson will also offer 7,500 square feet of new pedestrian plazas, open green spaces, and retail/recreational spaces.
The Perkins Eastman-designed building is currently having its limestone-clad facade installed. When completed in 2019, it will be New Jersey’s tallest tower.
