Advertising for 110 First Street, otherwise known as “The One,” has officially started popping up around around town. The 35-story tower will house 451 units including studios, 1BRs, 2BRs, and 3BRs. The One will also house a parking garage and 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. (No word yet on who’s taking up the spaces). Amenities include your standard luxury tower fare such as a 24-hour concierge, outdoor pool, gym, children’s play room, golf simulator, and a billiards/game room.
The One has had its fair share of controversy , nevertheless, it’ll be interesting to see how quickly it fills up, especially with 70-90 Columbus just a stone’s throw away. For those interested, you can sign up at The One’s website here.
